By accessing, purchasing, enrolling in, or using any part of the Just B Experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the services.

1. Nature of the Program

Just B Experience is an online personal development program that may include audio sessions, songs, meditations, affirmations, written materials, coaching-style guidance, and community participation.

The program is intended for educational and personal development purposes only. It is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic service.

2. No Medical or Mental Health Advice

The program and all related content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any disease, disorder, or mental health condition.

Nothing on the website, in the program, in the Discord server, or in any related materials should be interpreted as:

  • medical advice,
  • psychological advice,
  • psychiatric advice,
  • psychotherapy,
  • counseling,
  • trauma treatment,
  • crisis intervention, or
  • a substitute for professional care.

3. Eligibility

4. Account Registration and Security

are owned by or licensed to Clear Mind Tech FZE and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials solely for your personal use while you remain in good standing.

You may not download, share, copy, record, publish, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the program without our prior written permission.

8. User Submissions

If you submit comments, messages, feedback, testimonials, reviews, images, video, audio, or other materials, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and publish that content for operating, improving, promoting, and supporting the program, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that:

9. Community and Discord Use

If you participate in our Discord server or any other community feature, you must comply with our Community Rules and Discord Rules, as updated from time to time.

We may moderate, remove, restrict, mute, suspend, or permanently ban any user or content at our discretion, with or without notice.

Community spaces are not therapy spaces, crisis spaces, or professional support services.

10. Results and Testimonials

Any testimonials, examples, or success stories shown on the website or in the program are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee any specific outcome.

We do not guarantee results such as:

  • increased confidence,
  • reduced anxiety,
  • emotional healing,

15. Suspension and Termination

  • your payment fails or is reversed,

Upon termination, your right to use the program ends immediately.
